Shandong Xiangyu Company has successfully developed hundreds of special test equipment, comprehensive test equipment and automatic test equipment, covering Boeing, Airbus, CRJ and other models. Since 2007, the research and development of ATE automatic test equipment has been carried out. At present, more than 20 sets of ATE automatic test equipment / system have been successfully developed. The ATE-3 comprehensive electronic platform designed with reference to the ARINC608 standard integrates common signal sources and measuring instruments of electronic equipment into one, and adopts GPIB, VXI, PXI data thread control design to provide a comprehensive universal platform for the development of complex electronic equipment. FPGA and CPLD technologies are commonly used to automate testing, improve work efficiency, and reduce error rates.
